BioWeb modules reduce your need for extra tanksage. gradient right

Entex’s submerged biofilm systems allow for exceptionally
high biomass concentrations. Since the biomass is fixe
in the basin, existing clarifiers may be reused without
overloading their solids loading capacity.

Insufficient treatment capacity

ENTEX’s IFAS systems allow for more than doubling the capacity of plants, even while upgrading the treatment performance. This is the result of adding attached growth sites for biomass, allowing for equivalent MLSS concentrations of 7,000 mg/l or more, while not increasing the solids load on clarifiers. Entex’s fixed media BioWeb can expand capacities of existing facilities while reusing existing fine bubble diffuser systems. Entex’s moving media BioPortz allows for the maximum expansion with high rate biological kinetics, and extremely high attached growth biological surface area. Utilizing Entex’s third generation fixed media system, Webitat, allows for adding additional aeration capacity in with the BioWeb module, allowing for retrofits with minimum modifications to the basin.
