BioWeb modules reduce your need for extra tanksage. gradient right

Entex’s submerged biofilm systems allow for exceptionally
high biomass concentrations. Since the biomass is fixed
in the basin, existing clarifiers may be reused without
overloading their solids loading capacity.

Insufficient treatment capacity

ENTEX’s IFAS systems can more than double the capacity of existing plants, while simultaneously upgrading the plant’s treatment performance. This is done by adding attached growth sites for biomass, which allows for equivalent MLSS concentrations of 7,000 mg/l or more, while not increasing the solids load on clarifiers. Entex’s fixed media BioWeb can expand the capacities ofan existing facility while reusing existing fine bubble diffuser systems. Entex’s moving media BioPortz allows for the maximum expansion of capacity with high rate biological kinetics, and extremely large attached growth biological surface area. Utilizing Entex’s third generation fixed media systemWebitat—additional aeration capacity in the BioWeb module is created, resulting in an efficient retrofit, with only minimum modification to the existing basin.
