While Entex is majority owned by the Entex Management team, a significant portion of Entex stock is held by a group of loyal and supportive investors, both strategic partners and private. Shares were purchased through two investment rounds.
Our Series A round, the initial round, was fully subscribed by investors and our Series B round was oversubscribed. Future investment opportunities are anticipated.
